Christmas Card Club. Challenge 10. Poinsettias

Good Morning All.   I have been busy giving my craft room a reshuffle to see if it work better for me.  It was a job that was intended for earlier in the year,  but life got in the road as it does sometimes I'm afraid.   However, I thought I would pop on this morning and see what everyone has been up to, and lo and behold I saw it was Challenge 10 over at the Christmas Card Club.   Where did the last 2 weeks go.  The theme for this one was chosen by the lovely Karen B and she chose Poinsettias, one of my favourite flowers.   Sorry I'm a wee bit late Karen.  My card was made this morning and I used mainly snippits from my stash for this one.  Thank Goodness for dies, they saved my day again.   After a visit to my lovely sisters at the CCC,  I need to finish what I started.   Going out with some friends later,  so it will be a quick tidy up till tomorrow.  Hope you all enjoy the Bank Holiday Week-end.
 Hugs Rita xxx

Don't panic Rita - you haven't lost a week of your life! Lol! We were all caught on the back foot because Asha had to rearrange the schedule to make it fit in for the rest of the year. It is only a week since our last post!!! You did a fabulous job for such a last minute make. A gorgeous card. Hugs Christine xx

This looks beautiful! You should give bow tying tutorials...that one is spot on! I am so in agreement about how dies save the day. I had to make a First Communion cards yesterday and I just layered all sorts of dies and used generous amounts of stickles! Worked a charm just like your lovely layered card!

Poinsettias are always popular and you've made a lovely card with yours. Good luck with the re-shuffle which is something I'm sort of doing but very gradually.

Oh my, I'm loving those beautiful papers that made up the pretty dies. The white peeking out from the dies is fluffy like new snow. Gorgeous ribbons and all the snippets made into such a wonderful card. TFS & hope your evening out is lots of fun. Hugs
