Anniversary Card

Hello Again Folks. 

 Glad to make a return to my blog.  We had some very sad news last week that Andrews only brother had died aged 90 years,  so we will be travelling down to the Lake District for his funeral probably next week because of the Bank holiday.  Then my main pc was hacked and had to go to the doctor for repair as I am not very good when things go wrong.  However, its back now and up and running smoothly again.  

This was my card for my younger daughter and her lovely husband on their Anniversary.  So I have been trying to play catch up with all things blogging,  please bear with me for a little while at least.

Christmas Card Club. Challenge 17 Layers

Hello Folks, Sorry once again for having to put my blog on hold once again.  Busy fortnight with hospital visits and family visits too, not that I'm complaining as I could not manage with my lovely family. They are wonderful and I so appreciate their help.   Anyway. its time once again for the CCC challenge and the theme this time around was chosen by the lovely Maureen.  The chosen theme was Layers, so hopefully I have done enough to qualify my card.  My base card was 8x8 cream card with lots of layers of Card, Papers, Die cuts and Sentiments finished off with a layered Poinsettia.  Hope your weather is a bit better than ours this week-end.   Missing you Loads.    Hugs Rita xxx

CCC Challenge 16. Baubles

Hello again.
Been busy lately with a knitting project, however, it will soon be over.   Here we are and another 2 weeks have passed and it's time for the latest challenge over at the Christmas Card Club. The theme that Margaret has chosen is Baubles.  Lots of scope with this one.   Mine is quite a simple one using glitter and some cut outs from last year.   Isn't the weather just awful, yesterday was beautiful and today it is storms that are forecast.  spent all week organizing my walk-in cupboard and I bet I still have to look for things.   Hope you are all well and looking after yourselves too.  Hugs Rita xxxx
