Well Kate I hope you will like my card as I have so many friends/family living abroad I thought I should do a really Scottish theme and what can be more friendly at Christmas are these two lovely Scotty Dogs.all curled up together by the fire.. This card was mostly matting and layering apart from the gold edging that was done with my trusty Pen-Touch gold pen. The sentiment was done on the computer So enjoy this Easter weekend and try and refrain from eating too many eggs.. I am having to clear my craft desk before having new windows put in on Friday 13th April, so I will have to do my card for the next challenge before then as my craft desk is on the window wall, so lots of packing to be done before then. Happy Days. Till next time. Hugs Rita xxxxx

Aww just so sweet Rita, and a lovely card. I love the colours that make it so cosy and Christmassy too. Perfect for the theme, hope you are having a lovey Easter Sunday, take care and hope we can meet up soon, Kate x

That's a gorgeous image Rita, hope the weather warms up a little before you have to have your windows replaced, could be a bit chilly!

Hi Rita, those lovely dogs do shout out Christmas, don't they? I can recall often seeing that sort of image on tins of Christmas biscuits when I was a child. Love the card, it's beautiful. Have a great week, hugs, Shaz XxX
Happy Easter to you too Rita - hope you've had a wonderful day! I love your card and your two wee dogs are just perfect! Hugs rachel x
This is so pretty, Rita. You have sure captured the Scottish theme here. I love the plaid matting and the Scottie dogs are gorgeous!
I always thought that if I ever had a dog it would have to be a scotty dog and I'd call it Wellington. This card is so cute with the two of them by the fire. Good job it is not the same fire as my puss is sitting by though! Hugs Mrs A.
What a gorgeous image Rita and perfect for a card from Bonnie Scotland. Happy Easter, hope you're having a good weekend. Carol x
Since I've been watching the series Hamish McBeth with the little white Scottie Jock, these 2 fellas caught my eye. They look very cozy up by the warm fire, and it really speaks 'Scotland' to my eyes, anyway! Great work on the gold edging on the die shape. Hope your Easter was pleasant! TFS & have a good week.
Oh Rita, that image of the scotties sitting by the fire reminds me of my Grandparents who had a black and a white scottie who used to do just that! It is a beautiful image on your wonderful card. I hope you are having an enjoyable Easter weekend. Hugs, Anne xx
Ah, this image is gorgeous Rita. A fabulous card. Hugs Christine xx
Hi Rita,
Happy Easter.
What a wonderful card and I love that image and your card it's so lovely.
Now you have just reminded me of my uncle as he had 2 of the balck dogs, and they went everywhere with him.
My Dad's Grandfather was born in Scotland so I think that is why he always had those dogs.
I'm not sure if I told you my Grandfather's name was Peter Muir Melrose Scott a great Scottish name I think.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
What a sweet pair Rita. So perfect for your Scottish roots. Love it. Zoe x
