WOYWW 528 Messy Desk this week

Hello to All WOYWW its been a few years since I have been able to join in with you all. But now after losing my husband of 60 years I found myself  having more time to enjoy my crafts again. Not sure if things have changed but Julia will keep me up to date. Here is my desk this morning after a busy day card making yesterday. Why do I always leave things till the last minute. Lovely to be able to meet you all again. Hugs Rita xxx

Hi Rita, how lovely to see you, and your desk, back on WOYWW again. I think you'll find that not a lot has changed since you last posted here - maybe a few desks have gone and a few new ones have joined in. Hugs, Elizabeth x #24

Hello again Rita, lovely to see you and your desk again, though I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of your husband. Crafting is a good way of helping us through hard times I think.

Welcome back Rita. I too lost my husband almost 3 years ago and find I have lots of extra time. I still try to do everything myself so sometimes in the year I have other things that have to happen like yard work...etc. I have been a huge fan of your cards!

Oh Rita, of course I remember you. Who could forget the lady who created those beautiful top hats years ago. I still have the print out somewhere in my craft room. Now do you remember them?
So lovely to see you here again, hope this is the first of many happy weeks back with us, but so sorry to hear you lost your husband. How is your daughter? Be lovely to see some of her work on here sometime.
Hugs, and thrilled to see you again

Hello Rita, and welcome back!! First of all I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband. I can only imagine how hard that must be for you, and I hope you are finding some solace in your creativity, and catching up with old online friends again! So nice to see you back. Thank you for your visit, and you have caught me just as I was resuming my studio-based creativity - there hasn't been much action up there all this year!

Your desk looks lovely and busy and productive! It reminds me somewhat of my own, going around the corner, with the window on the left. I have my cutting machine across the corner. I love all the racks for your ink pads - so nice and organised! I've got mine spread between 2 plastic boxes and I always end up opening the wrong one first...

Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #7
