Christmas Card Club Challenge 22: Christmas Reindeer

Hello My Dears Friends.    Lots have happened since my last post.  Andrew went in for his knee operation last Friday and was to get the op on the Saturday.  Well that all went to pot when I received a phone call from him saying he was coming home as their was not a full support team for the Saturday,  so far we have not heard anything from them.   I had Carolyn, Hamish and Molly down last week too, so its been a busy week here.   Carolyn decorated and gave the front bedroom a wonderful makeover and I love it.   Hope you all have been taking care of yourselves and enjoying some craft-time.
This week over at the CCC it was my turn to choose the theme.   Hope you like my card.    The card is 8 X 8  and mostly white.  The frame I sprayed with silver sparkle ,but sadly it does not show.   Sorry for lack of commenting and I'll try my best to catch up with you all next week. Things are not so easy at the moment as you can gather.
  Hugs Rita xxxx

This is a fantastic card Rita. I really love all those reindeer. Thanks for a great challenge.

It's so upsetting and unsettling when an op is postponed like that at last minute. Hope you hear again soon.

Take care. Don't worry about commenting - we sometimes need to concentrate on other things!! Hugs Christine xx

Beautiful card with the trees and deer framing the picture. What a shame about the operation - annoying to say the least - hope it gets sorted quickly.

So sorry to hear hubby's operation was called off sweetie it is so annoying, you make all the arrangements and get yourself all hyped up and then the call it off. Hope it isn't long before they call him back.

This card is really awesome. The person receiving this will be very lucky.

Hi Rita - thank you so much for choosing this theme, I really did enjoy making my card with the reindeer on it. I just adore the scene that you have made and think that the placement of the deer is just great. You can't see the glitter on mine very well but I opened yours up in a new tab and all the sparkly bits showed up brilliantly. Just love this one.

So sorry to read about Andrew's op being cancelled - I do hope that they take him back in really soon. I know you are both wanting this to be sorted as soon as possible.

Lots of hugs to you both

Rita, bummer on the knee thing...I know you had hoped to have it all over & done by now. DH has a consultation this month for similar problem. Thanks for a great theme this week. Love what you've done with the various dies on this pretty card. I love the birch die and you've made a great framing using that die along sides of your frame to show off the prancing deer. TFS & good luck with the surgery too. Hugs

Rita, I was shocked to read this news (Annie told me), it is terrible for all of you, causing disruption and uncertainty as to when the operation will take place. I hope your DH has now received a new date.
This is gorgeous with a wonderful composition, drawing the eye into the centre at that lovely scene.
Take care.
