Christmas Card Club. Challenge 20: Robins

Hello Everyone.   Sorry that I have not been blogging regularly.   Andrew is home and doing fine,  this time its moi who is feeling poorly.  Anyway,  I did struggle to make my card this fortnight as lots of things were going on in life.  However, I felt well enough this afternoon to make a card for the lovely Sylvie who chose Robins for our cards this fortnight.   I love the little robins anyway and we always seem to have them visit our garden at this time of year.
I used BP from Craftwork cards,  because I love the quality and the artwork always amazes me too.  The rest was mainly dies that were used,  and I left them white and glittered them with Prisma glitter.   I made the little robin with air-dried clay and painted it with distress stains.   Sorry Sylvie this was the best that I could manage this time round.   I really am looking forward to getting back in my craft room,  but at the moment I do not have the energy.  Hope you are all keeping well and those who are not at least I can sympathise with you.   Hugs to All.   Rita xxxx

Sorry to hear you are under the weather Rita. I hope you'll be much better soon. I love your card as I'm a big fan of Mickey Mouse and your Robin fits in perfectly with your sleigh scene. Well done for making when you are low. Hugs Zx

Rita, I am sorry to read that you are feeling so poorly, such a pity especially with Andrew doing so well.
This is absolutely wonderful. I so love the colours you worked with and the directions to the North Pole is such fun and what a cute robin.

Hi Rita, so glad to hear that Andrew is mending well, and sorry to hear that you are not quite up to tiptop, and hope you soon will be. You've managed to create a sweet little card despite it all, and I'm loving these pretty little red robins. Like the addition of the sign post and Santa's sleigh in that dark sky. A pretty combination of items to create a perfectly delightful card. TFS & Hugs to you both.

hello Rita, I am sorry to hear your not so well, you've had much on your plate over the last months, it all takes it's toll, but I do hope you pick up and feel better soon. It's good however that Andrew is doing well, and that will give you a lift at least.
Now your card is lovely, I love the dies and those little robins perched there. I was good you managed to create this. Take care of yourself, Kate x
