This fortnights challenge was set by the lovely Mary who sees the pretty cardinals often as there are plenty of them around where she stays. They really are an amazing bird.
Anyway, here is my offering and I have used a Giordano CD rom by Joanna Sheen, bought a good few years ago now always a favourite at this time of year. I decoupaged the Cardinal and gave it a sheen with glossy Accents. Added my sentiment and some mistletoe, I also gave it a little glamour dust to make it a bit more seasonal.
I am now half way through my second Aran jumper and then I only have one more to do before Christmas. Been sewing too, but cannot show anything at the moment. Take Care and I'll see you soon again. Hugs Rita xxxx

These are splendid! Love the shine on this handsome guy, perched with his friends on the pine bough. His shiny feathers look much like the ones we see at the feeders when it is icy. His friends are quite pretty too. Love the addition of the mistletoe to add some extra dimension and liked the design placement of the scalloped die cut. This pretty card has a lovely vintage look of an old postcard. I'm enjoying seeing all the lovely Christmas birds the group has shared. Hope A. is doing great, and that you are as well.
