CCC Challenge 2. Sleigh is the Theme
Hello Again another 2 weeks have gone by and its time for another challenge at Christmas Card Club.. The theme was chosen by Maureen and it is to be a Sleigh. My offering for this challenge is totally die cuts and the background is an embossing folder. This year I am planning on making my cards much simpler due to the postage costs. I have joined the band of Wanderlusts ( see the logo on my page ) so much to learn and I really am enjoying the process. I have made a journal and still waiting on paint to dry. You will eventually see it though. Not being as fast as some at least there is no time limit on your efforts, the course lasts for a year and we have the cream of the crop to teach us too, so its a great savings with no travel or overnight stay and it suits me down to the ground. Hope you are all enjoying your weekend too. Hugs Rita xxxxx

Wonderful card Rita, love the silver on white and the dies are brilliant.
I'm trying to do much the same regarding simpler cards, the postage is awful. Off to have a look at your Wonderlust site, it sounds interesting, have a super day, we are warmer up here and a wee breeze so the towels are out on the line, Kate x
Gorgeous card Rita, lovely embossing folder used too, xxx
Love it cos I'm a big Mickey fan and your sleigh over the town is fab. You could also enter this at our challenge at MAWTT where the theme is embossing. Zx
Your card is lovely Rita it made me smile as it reminds me of Scooby Doo! don't ask, I was a big fan in the 70's (showing my age!). So pleased you are enjoying your Wanderlust journey too as you say its great to go at your own speed, no pressure. Look forward to seeing your journal. Mo x
Adorable -- is that Pluto!!!! I love the embossing at the bottom too. I am not too good with embossing.
I too am following Wanderlust -- I need to put the logo on my side bar. So much to do and so little time.

Absolutely brilliant card Rita.
Love the embossing folder you have used.
That Embossing Folder on its own would make a wonderful card.

That is a wonderful embossing folder. The sleigh and reindeer you chose are so fun!
I am also trying to keep my cards flatter this year. I made a list of how many hand delivered cards I need and after that list is filled, then the rest must be regular postage!
Wonderful embossing, love the sleigh and card design Rita.
Hugs Diane
this is fabulous Rita - a really lovely card! Great embossing. Big hugs rachel x
A terrific design, and it should be easy to post. That's something I need to concentrate on too. Love the way you've combined this darling Santa die with the embossing on the first layer. It's very eye-catching & love the traditional feel of it as well. Your Wanderlust group sounds like loads of fun. TFS & Big hugs.
Such a lovely card Rita.
Hugs, Veerle
Such a cute Christmas card. Love your die work and that you are getting your cards done all year long!
Okay Rita -- anytime you want to write me and let me know what that embossing folder is I would greatly appreciate it!!! I don't need Pluto as I have 3 cats!
