CCC Challenge 19 Hats and Gloves

Hello everyone. Another 2 weeks have passed and once again its time for the CCC Challenge 19 and our lovely member Kate has asked for Hats and Gloves this time.  Sorry Kate, but I only had a die for Mittens,  so I hope they will do and the snowman has his Hat on on though.  The last few days have been beautiful here in Ayrshire and it seems its set to continue too.  Its with much sadness that I have decided to step down from the Fiskars team that I really enjoyed, but it did not leave me with enough time for my other pursuits like knitting and sewing etc.  I really shall miss them terribly as you could not ask for better support from Fiskars and the team. Hopefully I can now find a bit of time for my blog again.  I honestly do appreciate all my friends and followers for still taking an interest in what I'm doing, creating or otherwise.  Hugs Rita xxxx

Your card is gorgeous, looks so cold and crisp in that pretty image. It's good to have more time for yourself, enjoy doing all the creative things you enjoy and are so good at. Have a lovely Sunday, hugs, Valerie

Super card with a lovely image Rita. Crafting should be fun and if it becomes a chore, or gets in the way of other things, then it is time for a re-think. I am sure you have made the right decision. Hugs Christine xx

Totally understand about the Fiskars team. You will enjoy having time to pursue your other hobbies now!
Your card is so pretty. I LOVE those mittens...they are so cute!
The swirly twine and branches really finish off your card so nicely.

Had to smile at your 'only mittens die' as I was in the same condition. No hats (well, I'm remembering a MBox Santa hat that I have, but didn't remember when making the card!) Fortunately Sylvie had sent me some sweet LOTV toppers recently, and one had hats & mittens! I love the velvet texture on your mittens with the ruffled white bands. (and I had velvet paper too! Another 'didn't think of it' idea). This looks very cosy and warm with the vintage village scene adorned with the warm fuzzy mittens and the trims & background. Well done!! TFS & Hugs

This is really lovely Rita. I don't blame you for stepping down, if you are missing out on other things it makes sense.

Someone wll be thrilled to receive this beatiful card Rita and yes the snowman does have his hat so you are well covered. Must get out my mitten die - I forget all I have - shame on me!! I am sure that Fiskars will miss you very much, but you must find your own balance - not easy I know. Have a lovely weekend. Nicola x
