CCC Challenge by Carol. A Winter Scene

Here I am again , running late with this one.  So sorry Carol, time has been running away with me of late and it was only last night I realised it was time for your challenge.  Carol has chosen a Winter Scene for this challenge, so its mostly dies I have used for this one.  Some textured snow and glitter to give it some colour along with a stamp I embossed in gold and added a little gold ribbon bow to complete my card.   Going away to the lakes for a few days this week to attend the funeral of Andrews last surviving brother. Its been a really sad year for us all, but we must try and not dwell on what is past.  Hope you are all well and sending Hugs to you all.  Rita xxxxx

Your card is beautiful Rita. The WOW with just that pop of gold is gorgeous. I'm sorry for your loss Rita. We have lost two close friends in the last couple of weeks and went up to Cheshire on Friday for the funeral of John's oldest and dearest friend. It's such a sad time but I do think that once the funeral is behind you you can start to move forward. John has been terribly upset but this morning he said that he has come to terms with things now. Safe journey and I hope things go well. Hugs Christine xx

Hi Rita,
thank you for your lovely comments on my card.
Your scene card is wonderful, and the wonderful creation of that scene is awesome.
Love the wonderful white and gold it is stunning.
So sad to loose a brother or sister as I lost my sister in Feb, and still it makes me feel very sad.
Safe journey to the funeral and back.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

It's a beautiful frosty & very dimensional winter scene, and I love the pristine white with the tiny touches of gold. You've used the dies so wonderfully to create this pretty card. So sorry to hear of your loss, it's never easy to say goodbye. Hope you are safe on the journey, and God Bless. TFS & Hugs
