Wedding Card

Well Folks, I hope you all had a nice week-end, the weather here was not great at all.  However, in the middle of all my inkyness,  I was asked to do a wedding card,  talk about from one extreme to another.
Anyway, I love 8 x 8 cards for weddings and I make them with matching bags.  Its hard to get quality pictures with pearlised card.  The card was made mostly with  dies and I added a couple of champagne glasses to the new Marianne die.
The bag was white hammered card  and I used  an embossing folder on pearlised card, and embellished it with dies and my hand-made flowers.  Now I'll get back to my Inkyness.   Hope your having a decent kind of day.  I think we will all be missing the Paralympics and seeing those young people in their sports, and how they got on with their life.  I know it left me feeling very humble most of the time.  At least I will watch our own Andy Murray win (hopefully) in the Finals of the US Open to-night.   Hugs Rita xx

Hi Rita, the Wedding card is gorgeous, I really love that new Marianne die and it looks wonderful with the wine glasses on top. Your bag is beautiful with your handmade flowers, which I love, as decoration, along with the lovely leaves. Very elegant indeed. I am missing the Paralympics already but Strictly starts this weekend so at least I have that to look forward to.....Crafty hugs, Anne x

Hi Rita,
what really fabulous wedding card and bag. the recipient will be sooooooo pleased with them. Just love those dies. Do you make the bags yourself? If you do you are very clever. I am bowled over with how lovely they are.
Have a wonderful crafty evening everyone.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
