Christmas Wall Hanging
Hello again, sorry I have not been blogging much recently. I think things just got too much for me. However, to-day's offering is a cross-stitch I finished last year, but could not make up my mind to frame it or make a wall-hanging. Its pretty big at 20" X 17" so as it will only be displayed for a few weeks each year I decided on the wall-hanging. I've edged it with a lovely red cord and it gives it a lovely finish. To-day I am going to make a card and try and find my Mr Mojo again. Thank-you to all my lovely friends and family for supporting me in the last few weeks. Hugs Rita xxxx

This is beautiful and having done cross stitch I know just how much work was involved. Hope you are seen feeling on top of things - take care.
Rita this is fabulous and only another cross stitcher would appreciate just how much work there is in this piece - I would never have tackled it. It is stunning. Hope you feel better soon.
Rita so sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling in good form. I hope the wee break has rested you.
This is a stunning piece of work and makes a gorgeous wall hanging. So much work but oh, so worth it.

Hi Rita,
Sorry to hear your mojo is doing a little hideaway. I do so hope it returns to you soon. Still a little rest maybe just what it needed, and then wallah we will have one of your lovely creations again.
Now your cross stitch wall hanging is a fabulous work of art, and I can tell, a lot of love and hard work has gone into this particular project. Good luck seeking that Mr Mojo.
Have a wonderful crafty late afternoon and evening.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
This is stunning Rita and is sure to become an heirloom through time. I'm sure our mojos must have gone off together - perhaps they're camped outside the SECC! I need to shift my butt and try to make something! Carol x
Oh Rita, this is just too beautiful for words, I have only done a little cross stitching but I can see how much work this hanging took and it is just stunning. It is a piece of art that will look beautiful in home albeit for the short period over Christmas/New Year. So happy that you are blogging again and hope you are feeling much better too. Crafty hugs, Anne x

This is a triumph Rita!! Having done cross stitch projects in the past I know how much time and effort will have gone into completing this. Every year you bring it out it will be a sign that Christmas is on the way and will become a real tradition. Hope you are really proud of how clever you are. Hugs from an admiring fan, Buttons x
Rita this is amazing. Maybe it was a good idea not to rush your decision until you definitely knew what you wanted to do with it.
It has been so long since I cross-stitched, yes I went from one passion to another!
So glad you shared this with us so we can see another side to your artistic talents.
Wishes
Lynne
