Christmas Card Club Challenge 9: Stars

Good Morning Folks.   Another 2 weeks have gone by since the last CCC challenge and sorry to say that this is the first card I have made since then.    The Challenge was chosen by the lovely  Mrs A and she has chosen Stars.  I know I have some star stamps,  but could I find them, not even after spending hours searching.   However,  I opted for an embossing folder that had stars and then another one that had a scene.  So here is my finished card,  not my best, but I really think Mr Mojo has gone on holiday this time.    Hope you are all well and finding time to craft.  We have had beautiful days for over a week now and mostly I have been tidying up in the garden.
Hope to see you soon.  Take Care.   Hugs Rita xxxxxx

Good morning Rita, I love your card, I think it is beautiful. Very effective with the split in the middle.
Hope you have the sunshine we have this morning. Extremely cold with a frost on the fields.
I am still looking for 4 rolls of really WIDE ribbon "I know I have" ..... but where the heck is it???
(((((Hugs))))) for both of you

Hi Rita,
and good morning I don't think your mojo has gone anywhere this is a very lovely card.
The design is wonderful, and I like the designed split, something quite different and unusual.
Isn't a pig when you know you have something and can't find it, you spend too much time looking, and get very frustrated.
Best wishes to you and your family.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

I don't think Mr Mojo has gone too far away, your card is beautiful and I love how you created the stars in the background. You made me smile when you said you searched for hours.... I think I spend more time doing that than crafting these days.... So looking forward to seeing you soon!! Big hugs, Anne xx

I'm sure Mr Mojo will be back to play soon ... in the meantime, you seem to be doing fine without him! I really like those subtle stars in the sky and I love how you've created the separated panels with the wavy gap for the golden ground!

BTW my hubby just got back from a hicking trip in Scotland. He took his nephew and the nephews school friend and they did a part of the trail beside log lomond and they also went to the highlands.
The 2 young boys had the time of their live and where thrilled about Scotland.

That's gorgeous Rita and I know Mrs A won't mind. In fact your comment had me smiling as I spent Friday and Saturday searching high and low for the die cut stars that I knew I had but couldn't find anywhere. Sadly I am stubborn with stuff like that and I drove DH nuts but I did find them, eventually lol! I also found a couple of star stamps I had forgotten about too Karen x

Rita, this is so pretty, the embossing folder is fab, and love the design detail of splitting the motif and having the gold peeking out as you did. Great job on the challenge, and wherever your Mr. MoJo is - mine must have sneaked along too. Hope things are going well - Big hugs & TFS
