William Morris Tissue box.

Hello Dear Blog Friends, Isn't it just fantastic weather we're having at the moment.  Much to hot for me, even to craft.  I'm showing a tissue box I made for Carolyn, as she has one wall in her sitting room papered with this William Morris paper.  I got the leftover paper and made her  the box to match the room. Its so good to see this great artist making a come back after all those years.

My favourite rose has just bloomed and still has another bud to open.  The boot has a plant called Spanish Eyes and today it has even more blooms on it.   Hope Everyone is getting out in the sunshine while it lasts.  Hugs Rita xxxx

Gorgeous tissuebox and your Rose is beautiful. Can't see my Roses properly at the minute as the grass is so long, waiting for a new lawn mower to arrive, the pains of being married to an engineer lol, anyone else would go to Homebase and just buy one!! Elizabeth xxx

Hi Rita, yes, it's gorgeous weather and it is too hot to craft, or do much else except enjoy it while it lasts. How trendy is that to have a tissue box to match your wall - a great idea and it looks lovely. I love this time of the year in the garden, all the lovely flowers blooming after such a hard spring makes it all worthwhile. Hope you are having a lovely day. Elizabeth xx

Good afternoon Rita,
What a fantastic Box I love it.
Great idea must ask my friend Pearl for some off cuts of the wallpapers she has used in some of her rebuilt/redecorated flooded out cottage. Could make some to match her rooms.

We too have had so much rain this year! Anytime we have more than two days of dry weather, we feel like we have hit the jackpot! Love the rose and the boot is an interesting piece. Also the Kleenex box is amazing! Love that shade of blue!

Gorgeous box and papers Rita, and your rose is stunning, I can see why it's your favorite. Does it have perfume, so many don't these days.
