Hello Again Folks. I got some shock news yesterday that My dear friend Jan's husband Peter sadly passed away. It was his 60th Birthday on the 11th May and they both came over to see us on that day. He was looking after Jan all the while she went through her treatment and then after her op in February this year. We as a family as still in shock. My heart goes out to Jan, and I hope you can join me in sending her some positive vibes to help her get through the coming weeks.
My card today is a commission for someone changing jobs. I do love this card as it can do for so many different occasions. The image was one from Card-making Downloads and so therefore easily put together. A bag was required with this card too. Hope you are all ok, and those who are suffering take care of yourselves.

Oh my goodness that is such heartbreaking news. On reading your title post I was readying myself to read that Jan had suffered a terrible set-back, never imagining I would read this. He was so young.
Of course it goes without saying that I will keep Jan (and all of you) in my thoughts.

Rita, firstly I am so so sorry to read about Jan's husband my heart goes out to her, she has been through so much this year as it is. Oh dear, I saw your later post, scrolled down to see what had taken place. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your friend, and pass along to his wife. I can well imagine how devastated she must be, and after her recent battles, even more so to lose her life's partner & caregiver. Please give her a warm hug from me, since I can't do it personally. It seems we've reached that age where this kind of thing happens but it is never easy to face. God Bless & hugs to all of you, who will help Jan get through this. Also, a beautiful card too.
