Christmas Card Club. Challenge 11: Gifts

Good Morning Everyone.   Hope you are all well and those who a suffering I hope you get well soon.
Here we are again another 2 weeks since our last challenge,  and this time it was the lovely Zoe who chose the theme.   Gifts seemed a lovely challenge till I could not find my one and only stamp.   So my card today believe it or not is decoupaged in four layers and the camera will not play games, no matter how much I tried .   I used an 8 X 8 card and matted it with gold mirri card before adding my decoupaged image.    I still enjoy the therapeutic side that cutting out.   Lots going on here at the moment,  but no word yet on Andrew's operation.  Another lovely day, but not as nice as yesterday.   Hope to get round to seeing your blogs and having a catch up later today.
Hugs Rita xxx

A great image for the theme Rita, shame the camera doesn't do it justice, I have camera issues too my card today was taken with my old camera and I can definitely see the difference. Hope you have a great weekend.

Rita, this turned out beautifully with the stacks of lovely gifts. I had to give a lot of thought to this challenge as well, because of deciding not to go with my original "Gift" (the nativity of course!). It's good to be pushed out my comfort zone, because then I remembered a presents die, but couldn't find it! So this challenge was good for me on 2 scores: having to do some thinking AND hunting! I love your topper and of course the mirror card is always so tricky to photo. I think you did a swell job, because it's a very pretty card. Good luck with the surgery. Poor Andrew...he's been so pulled about with this procedure. Hope things go as they need to. TFS & Big Hugs to both of you. (enjoyed your lovely butterfly bag again over at Anne's!)

Hi Rita,
isn't just a pig when you can't get the photo just right to show all you hard work involved in the fab creation.
Lovely image, and wonderful design as always.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
