Christmas Card Club: Challenge 12: Christmas Scene

Hello Everyone.   Can you believe another fortnight has passed and we are into Challenge 12 at the CCC, where our love buddy Kate chose the theme this time.   Christmas scene to me is Vintage and it always shows in my cards at that time of year.   Today's card is 7 x 7 craft card.   I  stamped in Sepia and framed with SB.  the sentiment is Artistic Outpost and the stamp was one of the first stamps I purchased all those years ago.   I used a Sizzix Caroler die and added some Mistletoe just to embellish it a little bit.
The weather has been awful of late with high winds and rain.  But because I am dog sitting I had to get on with it and go out for walks in the rain.  I feel like a scarecrow whilst writing this post, so glad you can't see what I look like.   Love & Hugs to All of You .   Rita xxxxx

Such a beautiful vintage card Rita, the scene behind the frame is beautiful and the addition of the caroler gives it a true vintage feel. So sorry to hear that the weather remains inclement, sadly it is not much better here although we have had a dry day today with a little sun - you know, that yellow thing that sometimes appears in the sky.... lol. Big hugs, Anne xx

Oh, Rita, this is so pretty. I have a PSX stamp with either this image or something very similar, that I had in mind to use. Time got short & we were busy, so my old collection of saved cards came to the rescue. I LOVE how you've framed this lovely Christmas house that looks right out of Dickens! Hope the weather has improved for you by the time I finally got around to visitin'. TFS & Hugs
