Hi Folks, not got a lot of time this last week as we have been tending to my oldest daughter who went through an operation on her right elbow and its now out of action for 6 weeks. Her husband works away so I'm only on at night a wee while ,but hopefully I get to answer all the posts. My card for this week's challenge is a Silver wedding card. I taped and glittered the edges of the card and put the stamped/embossed image on to silver card. Maybe not left enough white space for this one. Hope you all have an enjoyable week-end. Hugs Rita xxx

Super card for a silver anniversary - maybe for the challenge it doesn't need the silver around the edge but it looks fine.
Lovely card, Rita xx

We really do want lots of blank space this week, so the silver border lines aren't 'allowed' as such. But, this isnt school there is no detention LOL
Really appreciate your entry,
Thank you so much

This is a gorgeous creation Rita! Love it!
Lovely card Rita but to be honest rules or not I really do think it would look better without the silver strip, just my opinion not a critisism.

I'm beginning to see that the border does look a trifle heavy for a CAS card. Will remember next time. Hugs Rita xx
This is gorgeous Rita, I love the image. I do agree the borders are a little heavy but it's still a great card. Carol x
It's perfect for a silver wedding. Hazel x
A great card Rita, I do agree about the border, but for a Silver Wedding Anniversary it is just perfect

I really like the central image - it's super. I think it would stand really well on it's own, without the silver borders! However, it is lovely!
Pretty card...like all the colors.
Beautiful card Rita, hope your daughter gets on ok!

Thanks for visiting me.

Your poor daughter Rita - she'll get very frustrated I'm sure! How lucky she is to have you. I love the holographic frame to your delicate central piece. I agree it doesn't really need the glittered borders although they are very glitzy for a special occasion! Vx
This is beautiful Rita, looks so effective with the holographic frame. Jo x
Beautiful card Rita, hope you're still managing to grab a little 'me' time for yourself! xx

Super card Rita, but I have to agree with Mandi... the silver glittery lines are outside your chosen square's territory... tut tut!
Thanks so much for joining us again this week.

Hi Rita, I have to agree with some of the others that for the challenge the glittery lines probably are a bit too much but actually I really like the look of those glittery lines and I love the silver and white together xx
Super card! Hope your daughter is feeling better
I love this card, so stylish and I love the soft colours
