I Believe in Father Christmas......

Hello Everyone.  Hope you are all safe from the rain and the winds.  Its been an awful day here.
I've been catching up on things that needed doing in the house and now the tree and the decorations are all in place, I feeling as if I'm getting there.  Most of my shopping is done and only waiting on a few things I ordered online.  This is the A4 card I made for Molly and Hamish this year.  Usually I did one for each of them, but I love this Image from Debbie Moore and it was heavily decoupaged too. They both loved it even though they are older now.   Just doing some family bits and pieces now and maybe by next weekend I will be finished. I still have my baking to do as well.   Enjoy your Week-End.   Hugs Rita xxx

What a stunning image Rita, absolutely gorgeous.
We can get our tree up soon, now that Roberts birthday is over.
We don't like putting up the tree till his birthday is over.
Have a great weekend

This card would make any child (and adult) feel so very special. The decoupaging of the image really brings it to life.
I am also waiting for some items I ordered on-line, in fact I was keeping my fingers crossed they would arrive today but no sign of them :(

What a wonderful card Rita, it must be stunning in real life in A4 size. The Santa image is wonderful and the saying always make me chuckle - every child must surely answer 'nice'..... Glad to hear you are almost ready for Christmas, wish I could say the same! Hugs, Anne x

This is so lovely Rita. Lovely Santa image. Glad you are ready for Christmas, I use to be organised well in advance but since moving to our small apartment with no big kitchen or garage I cant get much in my small fridge or freezer. Everything has to be last minute. Not something that makes me happy or relaxed.

I think I have everything under control here in the Christmas department. I need to bake cookies and make fudge for my neighbors next week but the tree is up and packages are all wrapped and It's looking like Christmas here for sure. We seldom have snow for Christmas so some of that would be nice!

He's wonderful - and I know how he feels! Seem to have done most of my shopping online this year, and since none of it's arrived yet, I'm very unclear about whether I'm done or not!! Also planning a baking session with my niece and nephew, so that should be messy fun. Hope you're having a great Sunday, Rita!

Lovely card Rita, a brilliant image of Santa, who looks a bit puzzled. I'm at last caught up with my cards and will get them posted tomorrow. A horrible day here with rain and wind, take care, hugs Kate x

This is such a vintage look of an old time Santa, my favorite look too. He is checking that list, and I loved the sentiment you placed just where he was scratching his head over the list. Good luck with keeping on your to-do schedule, and hope you were able to stay cozy & warm in the bad weather. Our Saturday was like that, but we had some welcome sunshine today. A bit warmer too. Merry Christmas & TFS
